We hope you had a very Merry Christmas!!!

Well it has been a minute since I sat down and wrote out a Blog! I'll be honest, I just had SOOOO many things going on that it just kept getting pushed to the bottom of my to-do list! Have you all experienced that? I can imagine you have! LOL

Life just gets overly busy sometimes. I pray you had a wonderful Christmas season! I hope you had some moments that you could slow down, relax and enjoy the time.

Can you believe it is almost 2024!!!!!

I do want to take a moment to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to all our wonderful customers that chose to shop with us during the Christmas season. It is always such an honor to help you find that special something for your loved ones! What a joy to get to visit with you all as we searched the store for just the right thing!

Well it is that time for our weekly recipe!


How about a recipe for the colder weather we are supposed to get this weekend? I am ready for some tasty warm soup!!!

Look no more for a delicious, hot soup that’s easy to make, because you’ve found this cheesy brat soup recipe! Thick chunks of mouthwatering bratwurst, classic potatoes, and rich cheddar cheese come together to make this the best bowl of soup your kitchen ever produced.

Cheesy Brat Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 bratwurst, cut in 1/2″ pieces

  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed

  • 1 15 oz. can green beans, drained

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  • Brown 6 bratwurst.

  • Cut brats into 1/2″ pieces.

  • Cube 4 medium potatoes.

  • Add potatoes to large pot.

  • Add 1 chopped small onion to pot.

  • Add 1 can green beans to pot.

  • Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese to pot.

  • Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup water to pot.

  • Stir.

  • Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.

  • Serve and enjoy!

I love sausage and potato soup so I bet I would love this also! Yum! Can’t wait to hear about the new Blessing boxes!
