Well this weather lately is certainly unusual for January! It has brought on our Spring Fever!!

Since this is our Winter Wonderland Open House Week, we thought we would share a delicious Winter treat for this week's recipe!
Tortilla Snowflakes!!!
Ingredients you will need:
2 flour tortillas
Vegetable oil
Powdered sugar
Soften tortillas in microwave for a few seconds if needed. Fold and cut tortillas in same way one would paper when making a paper snowflake.
Unfold carefully.
Add a small amount of vegetable oil to skill. Heat the oil.
When oil is hot, add tortillas and fry until crisp and lightly browned, flipping as necessary.
Remove tortillas from oil and drain with paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve and enjoy!
