Cajun Chicken Dip

Make this delicious Cajun Chicken Dip for one of the best Cajun appetizers you’ve ever had! It’s pure cheesy deliciousness. Filled with succulent chicken, garlic, bell pepper, and a delicious array of spicy, tasty flavors, it’s a Cajun-inspired appetizer that’ll be a surefire hit at your next get-together or anytime.

  • 1 package low-fat cream cheese

  • 1 C. Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise

  • 1 t. hot sauce

  • 1 1/2 t. Cajun seasoning

  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • 1/4 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

  • 8 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded

  • 2 C. chicken breast, cooked and chopped

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Chop your vegetables, including the red and green bell peppers, green onions, and garlic clove. Chop the chicken breast into 1″ pieces.

Place vegetables and chicken in a large mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt to mixing bowl. Add the hot sauce and Cajun seasoning. Kick up the amount of hot sauce for added spice. Mix well. Add half of the shredded cheese and mix.

Place mixture in 8″ x 8″ baking dish. Top mixture with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Tip: This dip can be assembled up to 1 day ahead of time. Just wait to bake it until you’re ready for guests to arrive. It’s best served warm when the cheese is gooey and delicious!
